And no I am not talking about jumping off a fifty foot building and suddenly learning the ability to fly. However, for the most simple of every tasks, in life and in business. Some people will automatically defeat themselves! Why do we do this? Is it because that negativity is easier to believe? Has some one told us we can’t do this?
For me a choose to believe it is down to confidence levels and self belief. So come on, believe you CAN, I bet you’re right!
