The original branch of The Last Hurdle, the Northampton office doubles up as the franchise head office too. Jules White is the franchise owner for The Last Hurdle Northampton and founded the business in June 2011. Jules has been in sales and marketing for over 18 years and has transferred these ‘old school’ sales and marketing skills into the digital world.
One of the highlights of Jules’ career with The Last Hurdle was being a panellist for Facebook at their first ever Business Boot camp in EMEA and for the recent Facebook summer tour where she was a panellist in Cardiff sharing with other small business owners how to use Facebook for business.
Outside of work Jules spends her time with her husband, children and 2 large breed dogs. With two older children a toddler and a granddaughter, family life can be just as hectic as work life!

Emma Pearce is our star content writer, producing copy for both web and traditional marketing materials. Emma’s research skills are only surpassed by her creative flair. Emma is also a professional photographer and has been known to video clients for blogs too! The newest member of our team Georgia Lamb is a social media whiz, she is settling into the team rather nicely, finally, Russ White is our operations manager, who takes care of the purchasing as well as all maintenance and repair work around the building.
The Last Hurdle believes it is important to give back to the community and so we assist a charity each year with their digital marketing. For the last 3 years we have supported The Lighthouse Centre. A local charity that means so much to the TLH team, they provide holistic and complimentary therapies to those who are terminally ill or have cancers.
The company also runs various charity events throughout the year, culminating in our Big Birthday Bash where we celebrate our birthday with an open, informal networking BBQ and auction/raffle off prize donations received from other local businesses, in June 2015 this event alone raised £1550!
